The position is available from 1 September 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter. The project is expected to contribute to the Design & Participation research environment of the Department, and to theoretically expand the Food2030 in Kolding initiative, which includes FUSILLI, Fostering Urban Food System Transformation through Innovative Living Labs Implementation – a H2020 funded research project that turns the city of Kolding and 11 other EU cities into Food Living Labs in order to understand what is required for an EU city’s food system to become sustainable.
Applicants are expected to have knowledge within at least one of the following fields: participatory research through design, food studies, regenerative agriculture and/or environmental humanities and societal transition. We especially welcome applications from candidates who have experience in experimental food design and/or interventionist research methodologies such as action research or design-based research.
