Offer Description

The HYNANOSTORE project aims to develop new nanostructured hybrid materials for use as electrodes in innovative and sustainable rechargeable batteries. Therefore, different types of organic, inorganic or hybrid materials will be developed and characterised in order to use those with adequate energy levels, efficient redox functionality and optimal electrochemical properties in batteries. The result of the project will be the introduction of a new type of electrode based on these materials. In order to adequately study and characterise the new materials, a junior research fellowship is required. The research fellows must have expertise in the morphological and compositional characterization by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) along with the cathodoluminescence characterization, of materials of various nature.
