• Culture and maintenance of cellular models relevant to disease studies.
• Screening and biological characterization of HDAC inhibitors using cellular and molecular assays.
• Evaluation of candidate compounds through structural, molecular, and functional analyses.
• Generation, culture, and treatment of three-dimensional cardiac microtissue models for the preclinical validation of candidate therapeutics.
• Acquisition, processing, and analysis of experimental data generated through immunocytochemistry, molecular biology, and imaging techniques.
