OFFER DESCRIPTION

One (1) external associate for eighteen months, for carrying out the following deliverables:

• WP3: “ICT architecture and tools”, Task 3.2 “ICT architecture and tools - second release”, D3.2 “ICT architecture and tools – second release”, Task 3.3 “ICT architecture and tools”, D3.3 “ICT architecture and tools”.
• WP4: “Pilots planning and evaluation”, Task 4.3 “Update of pilots and evaluation plan”, D4.2 “Pilots and Evaluation plan - Version b”, Task 4.4 “Pilots operation and interim evaluation”, D.4.5 “Pilots evaluation results - second round”, Task 4.5 “Update of pilots and evaluation plan”, D4.3 “Pilots and Evaluation plan - Version c”, Task 4.6 “Pilots operation and final evaluation”, D4.6 “Pilots evaluation results - third round”.
• WP5: “Sustainability and policy recommendations” Task 5.1 “Sustainability plan”, Task 5.2 “Issue policy recommendations”, D5.1 “Sustainability and policy recommendations”.

Eligibility criteria

• Relevant professional experience (further to 5 years and up to 10 years) in the fields described in the “offer description section”: 0-20 (number of months X relevance factor 0,34 for absolute relevance, 0,17 for high relevance and 0,08 for partial relevance)
• Research experience in Electronic Government: 0-20 (number of months X relevance factor 0,5 for absolute relevance, 0,30 for high relevance and 0,15 for partial relevance)
• Scientific publications in international journals, or books, or book chapters by international publishers, indexed in Scopus or with an Impact Factor, in the field of Electronic Government: 0-40 (number of publications X relevance factor 10 for absolute relevance, 8 for high relevance and 6 for partial relevance)
• Interview: 0-20

Selection process

Important note on academic titles : Any academic title awarded by foreign Higher Education Institutions should be submitted along with the academic recognition certificate provided by the Hellenic National Recognition and Information Center (Hellenic N.A.R.I.C. / Δ.Ο.Α.Τ.Α.Π.), which is the Greek organization that is responsible for the academic recognition of titles awarded by foreign Higher Education Institutions. The academic recognition certificate of the Hellenic N.A.R.I.C. is mandatory by the Hellenic Legislation, in order for foreign academic titles to be recognized in Greece.

• BSc of Polytechnic schools or equivalent
• MSc in Communications and Computers
• Excellent command of the English language
• Relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) in the fields described in the “offer description section”
