We have developed a Droplet Microarray platform</p><p>based on hydrophilic-superhydrophobic patterning, that enables formation of arrays of stable nanoliter</p><p>droplets on planar, transparent and biocompatible surface. For the past years we have established Droplet</p><p>Microarray for high throughput screening of live cells using 2D and 3D cell culture models. We are working</p><p>on developing Droplet Microarray for further biological applications and searching for enthusiastic PhD</p><p>students holding a major in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology or similar for the following</p><p>research topics:</p><p>- Single cell proteomics on a chip</p><p>- Personalized oncology screenings on a chip</p><p>- Sequencing on a chip</p><p>- High throughput screenings on a chip using various cell culture models</p><p>- Screening for antibiotics against multi-drug-resistant (MDR) bacteria</p>
