Your Job:
- Characterization of perovskite solar cells using the following methods:
- Transient and steady-state photoluminescence
- Frequency domain methods – Impedance spectroscopy (IS), intensity-modulated photocurrent spectroscopy (IMPS)
- Time domain methods – Transient photovoltage (TPV) and transient photocurrent (TPC)
- Drift-diffusion simulations of perovskite solar cells
- Parameter estimation using the Bayesian inference method
Your Profile:
- Masters degree in physics, materials science, or electrical engineering and related disciplines
- Knowledge of semiconductor and solar cell physics is required
- Knowledge of solar cell characterization methods and/or drift-diffusion simulations is useful but not mandatory
- Very good grades in the masters and bachelors degrees is mandatory.
Our Offer:
We work on the very latest issues that impact our society and are offering you the chance to actively help in shaping the change! We offer ideal conditions for you to complete your doctoral degree:
