The objective of the project is to identify and characterize mobile peptides in response to nutritional constraints in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, in order to shed light on the biological and / or physico-chemical properties of systemic peptides. The agent's missions will be to carry out transcriptomic and peptidomic approaches from plants deprived of nitrogen and / or phosphate, in order to establish an inventory of peptides meeting these constraints. Some of these peptides will be potentially mobile and will need to be characterized for their role in the stress response. In parallel, the molecular bases of the systemic property will be sought.

Part of the activity will be carried out in the BPMP laboratory (Montpellier) and the company MICROPEP TECHNOLOGIES (Toulouse).
It is specified that this recruitment offer is part of the France Recovery Plan on a research collaboration project with a company that will be submitted to the DRARI for validation.
