Offer Description
As part of the European research project "BAYFLEX" ("BAYsian Inference with FLEXible electronics for biomedical Applications (BAYFLEX)"), IMT is looking to hire an Early-Stage Researcher (PhD student). The candidate will work on the development of a portable bio-sensing platform based on organic electronics. The main goal of the research project is to develop a methodology for manufacturing and integrating advanced organic electronic detection devices in wearable applications.

Skills/Qualifications
Holders of a Master’s degree in Materials Science, Biomedical systems, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. An experience in preparation and characterization of thin polymer layers, chemical and physical characterization of polymers, and electrical characterization of organic materials and devices are highly suitable. Experience in programming and data treatment using MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW is a plus.
