Offer Description
Partner of the VILAGIL interdisciplinary project co-financed by Toulouse Métropole, TISSEO ( transport organizing authority on the urban transport perimeter of the Toulouse conurbation) , SICOVAL ( conurbation community located in the French department of Haute-Garonne ) and the State (Future Investment Program) financed over a period of 10 years (2019-2029).
The “ Citizen Territory” workpackage of the VILAGIL project involves the Toulouse laboratories CLLE (Cognition, Languages and Ergonomics, UMR 5263 of the CNRS), LISST (Interdisciplinary Laboratory, Solidarity, Societies and Territories, UMR 5193 of the CNRS) and SMAC- IRIT (Toulouse Computer Science Research Institute ). The subject of this work concerns the question of the acceptability of all the smobility devices of tomorrow (autonomous vehicles of ,individual and collective levels 3 to 5) whether you are a user (passenger; passenger-supervisor) or that we interact with these vehicles (other motorists, cyclists, pedestrians). More generally, it is a question of understanding the conditions of potential acceptance and appropriation of all the modifications in individual mobility (soft mobility, diversity of individual mobility media, rationalization of mobility and establishment of places work alternatives). On a technical level, the VILAGIL project benefits from two technological platforms: Simulauto (mobile-based car driving simulator) and autOCampus (experimental road integrating connected street furniture and a autonome level 5 vehicle).
Among the 3 major actions of the project, one concerns “Urban planning and user behavior”. This action involves studying the representation of expectations towards the presence of already existing professional third places or their spossible creations.
In a psychological engineering approach, it will be a question of making its contribution to the work initiated since 2019 with regard to 1) the inventory of the existing situation in the territory 2) to collect and analyze the levers and the obstacles to the use of third places by employees of Toulouse companies 3) to draw up recommendations in the design of possible new third places which would respond to new mobility issues in the territory concerned ,or even other territories.
The CLLE laboratory (Cognition, Languages, Language, Ergonomics) is a CNRS UMR created in January 2007 and mainly hosted on the Toulouse Jean Jaurès University site. It is a multidisciplinary research unit relating to Cognitive Sciences: the work carried out there covers the fields, more or less broad in scope, of linguistics, psychology, computer science, philosophy, education and neuroscience. The laboratory, made up of 205 members, is structured into 3 teams each composed of an average of 25 Teachers-Researchers and Researchers:
• “Languages and language” team, working more particularly on themes relating to linguistics;
• “Language and cognitive processes” team, focused on the interdisciplinarity between language and psychology;
• “Cognition in complex situations” team, working more particularly on themes of social and cognitive psychology.
The laboratory is also developing transversal research axes between these teams.
It also welcomes many doctoral and post-doctoral students.
CLLE is a CNRS UMR with the CCU experimental platform.
