ANÚNCIO PARA A ATRIBUIÇÃO DE BOLSA INVESTIGAÇÃO

Encontra-se aberto concurso para a atribuição de uma Bolsa de Investigação (BI), no âmbito do projeto MediMARE: Mediation in Maritime Affairs, financiado pelo programa EEA Grants.

Área Científica: Ciências do Ambiente, Ciências socias, Direito e Ciências jurídicas; Relações internacionais

Requisitos de admissão:

• Mestrado nas áreas de Ciências do Ambiente/ Ciências Socias / Direito/Ciências Jurídicas / Relações Internacionais ou afins.
• A frequentar ciclo de estudos conferente a grau - 2ºciclo ou superior.
• Experiência em projetos de investigação que abranjam pelo menos uma das seguintes áreas: Ambiente, Direito Ambiental, Governância, Cidadania Ambiental.
• Capacidade de organização e integração em equipa de investigação com vista ao desenvolvimento dos trabalhos a realizar, incluindo a elaboração de relatórios técnico-científicos;
• Domínio da língua inglesa na forma oral e escrita

Outros requisitos preferenciais:

• Experiência cientifica e pedagógica, nomeadamente lecionação e análise de currículos escolar.
• Serão valorizados candidatos que tenham conhecimento de analise e aplicação de enquadramento normativos e legislação.
• Serão valorizados candidatos que tenham conhecimento de leis marítimas.
• Disponibilidade para deslocações (nacionais e internacionais).
• Veículo próprio.

Plano de trabalhos:

• Objetivo 1: Levantamento e análise de diferentes currículos, considerando:
  • programa educacionais em contexto marítimo em contexto europeu.
  • programas de mediação e resolução de conflitos em contexto ambiental.
  • arbitragem marítima e cursos na área do legislação para o mar e governância.
• Objetivo 2: Redação de relatórios - Preparação/tradução de relatórios técnico-científicos de acompanhamento das várias atividades do projeto (em português e inglês).
• Objetivo 3: Apoio na organização do curso de Formação em Mediação Marítima:
  • Apoio e organização da logística;
  • Apoio no desenvolvimento das metodologias e conteúdos a aplicar
  • Desenvolvimento de contactos com formadores e estudantes
• Objetivo 4: Disseminação de eventos do projeto - Responsável pela partilha/divulgação de informações

6. Local de trabalho: O trabalho será desenvolvido no Departamento de Ciências e Engenharia do Ambiente da Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa sob a orientação científica da Professora Doutora Lia Vasconcelos.

7. Duração da bolsa: O contrato das bolsas tem a duração de 11 meses com possibilidade de renovação, com início previsto a 1 de setembro de 2022.

8. Valor do subsídio de manutenção mensal: O montante da bolsa corresponde a 1 144.64 €, conforme tabela de valores das bolsas atribuídas diretamente pela FCT, I.P. no País (Anexo I do Novo Regulamento) sendo o pagamento efetuado mensalmente por transferência bancária.

9. Métodos de seleção:

O método de seleção do candidato está dividido em duas fases:

Fase 1 - Avaliação Curricular (70%) e Características Adicionais (30%)

Critério 1- Avaliação curricular onde serão considerados os seguintes parâmetros:

mérito absoluto do Curriculum Vitae; (30%)

adequação do perfil do candidato ao plano de trabalho, nomeadamente a experiência anterior; (40%)

Critério 2- Características adicionais serão considerados os seguintes parâmetros:

motivação demonstrada para o trabalho a desenvolver e disponibilidade para iniciar a bolsa, previsivelmente em 1 de setembro de 2022; (10%)

adequação aos requisitos de admissão. (20%)

Fase 2 - Entrevista onde será valorizada a competência demostrada para a execução dos trabalhos previstos. Os candidatos elegíveis à fase de entrevistas serão os com maior pontuação final na fase 1, para esclarecimentos adicionais ou de empate na classificação final.

Os candidatos que não cumpram todos os requisitos enumerados serão excluídos do concurso.

11. Forma de publicitação/notificação dos resultados: Os resultados finais da avaliação serão publicitados, através de lista ordenada por nota final obtida, afixada em local visível e público do Departamento de Ciências e Engenharia do Ambiente da Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa sendo o candidato(a) aprovado(a) notificado através de email no dia 8 de julho

12. Prazo de candidatura e forma de apresentação das candidaturas: O concurso está aberto no período. no período de 27 de junho a 4 de julho

A contest is open for the attribution of a Research Grant, within the scope of the project under the MediMARE: Mediation in Maritime Affairs, funded by the EEA Grants programme.

1. Scientific area: Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Law and Legal Sciences; International Relations

2. Admission requirements:

• Master's degree in Environmental Sciences / Social Sciences / Law / Legal Sciences / International Relations or related areas.
• Attending a cycle of studies leading to a degree - 2nd cycle or higher.
• Experience in research projects covering at least one of the following areas: Environment, Environmental Law, Governance, Environmental Citizenship.
• Ability to organize and integrate into a research team in order to develop the work to be done, including the preparation of technical and scientific reports;
• Mastery of the English language in oral and written form.

Other preferential requirements:

- Scientific and pedagogical experience, namely teaching and analysis of school curricula.

- It will be valued candidates who have knowledge of analysis and application of normative frameworks and legislation.

- Candidates with knowledge of maritime law will be valued.

- Availability for travel (national and international).

Work plan: The scientific work to be developed is part of the Project and has the following objectives:

• Objective 1: Survey and analysis of different curricula, considering:
  • educational programmes in maritime context in European context.
  • mediation and conflict resolution programmes in an environmental context.
  • Maritime arbitration and courses in the area of law for the sea and governance.
• Objective 2: Writing reports - Preparation/translation of technical and scientific reports to monitor the various activities of the project (in Portuguese and English).
• Objective 3: Support in the organization of the Maritime Mediation Training Course:
  • Support and organisation of the logistics;
  • Support in the development of the methodologies and contents to be applied
  • Development of contacts with trainers and students
• Objective 4: Dissemination of project events - Responsible for information sharing/dissemination

Workplace: The work will be carried out in the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering of the under the scientific supervision of Professor Lia Vasconcelos.

Duration of the fellowship: The research grant contract has a duration of 11 months with possibility of renewal, starting on September 1, 2022.

Amount of monthly maintenance grant: The amount of the scholarship corresponds to 1 144.64 €, according to the table of scholarships awarded directly by FCT, I.P. in the country (Annex I of the New Regulation) and payment is made monthly by bank transfer.

Selection Methods:

The candidate selection method is divided into two Phases:

Phase 1 - Curriculum Assessment (70%) and Additional Characteristics (30%).

In the curriculum evaluation, the following parameters will be considered:

absolute merit of the Curriculum Vitae; (30%)

adequacy of the candidate's profile to the work plan, namely previous experience; (40%)

In the additional features, the following parameters will be considered:

demonstrated motivation for the work to be developed and willingness to start the scholarship, predictably on September 1, 2021; (10%)

adequacy to admission requirements. (20%)

Phase 2 - Interview where the competence demonstrated for the execution of the planned work will be valued. The candidates eligible for the interview stage will be the ones with the highest final score in stage 1, for further clarifications or for a tie in the final classification.

The candidate selection method is divided into two stages

Form of publicity/notification of results: The final results will be publicized, through a list ordered by the final grade obtained, posted in a visible and public place of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering of NOVA School of Science and Technology | FCT NOVA and the successful candidate will be notified by email on the 27 June to 4 July
