Officer, Participants’ Logistics, Grant position

Purpose: The holder of this position will ensure smooth logistical operations and enhance the capacity building of the Women Economic Empowerment project. S/he will be responsible for designing courses, maintaining records of curriculum and materials, recruiting participants, gathering feedback on the quality of trainings and resolving challenges.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Ensure and facilitate webinars, online capacity building trainings, and the face-to-face delivery within the curriculum and roundtable final event.
  • Interview, recruit and select the prospective participants by searching different channels and appropriate recruitment tools.
  • Maintain regular communication with the facilitating team and carry out other related tasks to support the team, as required.
  • Identify and resolve participants’ challenges both online and offline.
  • Liaise on the successful delivery of workshops.
  • Liaise in schedule arrangements and Pre & Post trainings logistics/challenges in coordination with Instruction coordinator.
  • Administer Pre-Post assessments of participants and follow up with concerned persons that assessments are completed successfully.
  • Organize materials, schedules, agendas, and database systems to meet various objectives and deadlines.
  • Interpret, apply, and explain training rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the training program to participants/trainers.
  • Prepare the first and final draft of participants’ evaluation form reports.
  • Draft and finalize workshop summary and evaluation report, based on observations and evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with Officer, M&E as needed to fulfill donor requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Minimum Education Requirement:  

·Bachelor’s degree in a related field


  • A minimum of eight years of previous experience including three years in training coordination and capacity building workshops is essential.
  • Experience working in NGO/INGO is preferred.

  • Excellent English and Arabic language skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexible and organized and able to work within a team
  • Very good user of Microsoft Power-point and Word
  • Energetic, self-motivated and possess a friendly attitude.
  • Good handling of multiple tasks with high- quality performance
  • Familiarity with online-based platforms such as zoom or others is required
