Student Assistant for International Education

We are looking for a structured and independent student assistant to help us with all the administrative tasks pertaining to international exchange students at DTU.

The job
Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Process various forms such as learning agreements and confirmations
  • Issue the transcripts to international exchange students when they end their stays at DTU
  • Update and correct information in DTU’s systems
  • Reply to international students’ questions by e-mail

Our expectations of you
We are looking for a student assistant who has an interest in and very much like experience with administrative tasks, and who not least has good IT skills. You must be service-minded, used to working independently, be strong in detail, and have good English skills, as most enquiries are in English.

You are probably in the process of a relevant higher education.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).

Working hours are on average 12 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date as soon as possible. The employment runs as long as you are an active student.

The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, building 101.
