This will significantly strengthen the knowledge base for improving current technological solutions to plant biomass utilization

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Discovery of new proteins and enzymes via bioinformatics tools
  • Molecular cloning, expression and purification of proteins
  • Characterization of new proteins with respect to activity, properties and behavior under specific assay conditions
  • Performing and interpreting biophysical measurements
  • Performing biochemical assays and analytical techniques including chromatography and mass spectrometry

A formal requirement is that you must have a two-year master's degree (120 ECTS points) or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a two-year master's degree.
