In the signed application form, applicants must provide personal information: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and the title of the job for which they are applying.
The application has to be accompanied by:
1. proof of nationality
2. copy of the diploma or a certificate awarded on completion of a university
3. the certificate of grade average during university education
4. Curriculum Vitae
5. curriculum vitae with a list of scientific and professional papers and other scientific activities (recognitions, awards, etc. for excellence in studying and research work and participation in scientific research work, published papers, personal presentations at scientific conferences)
6. a copy of the employment record book with all employment data for enrollment by 30 June 2013 and/or an electronic record or certificate of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute on length of service after that date (certificate of the length of employment)
7. evidence of knowledge of the Croatian language (advanced level) – for non-native speakers
8. all the necessary documentation required by the law to confirm the priority in employment under special regulations (if any)
