ASSISTANT POSITION, POST DOCTORATE candidate, for a certain period of time, full time job

In the technical sciences field, branch of chemical engineering, n the Measurement and Automatic Processes Department (one employee)

The candidate has to fulfill the conditions set by the Scientific Research and Higher Education Law and include the following in their application: the grade average of their previous studies programs, proof of achievements and awards, proof of their excellence in their studies and their research work and other proof of participation in scientific research, a list of published papers and certificates of participating in international conferences as the speaker.

The candidates that have the skills and experience in modelling complex industrial processes will have an advantage.

All candidates have to fulfill the conditions regulated by the Labour Law and include in their application the following: a CV, a copy of their diploma, proof of citizenship (birth certificate or other document), proof that they are not under investigation nor have committed any illegal acts (not older than 6 months) and the documents stating how many years they have worked until now issued by the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute.

Foreign nationals have to submit proof of the fluency in Croatian, both written and oral, at C2 level according to the Common European Framework for Languages and the verification of their foreign diploma issued by the Scientific Research and Higher Education Agency or a certificate stating they have submitted their foreign diploma for verification to the above mentioned Agency.

Candidates that are entitled to special treatment according to the Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of their Family Law (NN 121/17 and 98/19, art. 102 and 103) are obliged to call upon their right by submitting proof of their special status by which they are entitled to an advantage as opposed to the remaining candidates that are all treated equally.

The processing of personal data is necessary in the hiring process during the course of selection of candidates. The data will be held confidential until the process is over, or until it is obligatory to do so by law.

The results will be published on the official website of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology of the University of Zagreb. (www.fkit.unizg.hr/natjecaji ).

Any complaints can be sent by mail in written form within 15 days of the results having been published on the official website of the Faculty.

A handwritten signed application should be sent to the below mentioned address in written form by mail within 30 days of the announcement having been published in the Narodne Novine newspaper.
