Position Summary:
Your research will include doing work on the molecular quantification and sequence characterization of SARS-CoV-2 and other fecal viral indicators in various wastewater settings. Depending on the development of the COVID related projects, you could be asked to also contribute to the quantification and sequence characterization of antimicrobial resistance genes in wastewater. The detailed duties will include analyses of research data, writing of scientific manuscripts and project reports, and assist in the supervision of junior researchers. You will be provided workspace at the Macdonald Engineering building.

Annual Salary:
