You will develop a new technique that uses neural networks to improve the precision, robustness, and speed of current profilometric techniques. This research contains both a theoretical component (optimizing neural networks) and an experimental component (building an optical measurement set-up, integrating neural networks,…).
  • You will publish scientific articles related to the research project.
  • You will carry out a limited number of teaching and research support tasks for the research group InViLab.

Profile

  • You hold a degree of Master of Industrial Sciences (industrial engineer), Master of Engineering (civil engineer), Master of Physics, Master of Computer Science or equivalent, or you obtain the degree at the latest at the time of appointment.
