Job profile:

University Assistant - Dissertation position (30 hours/week), Institute of Geology as soon as possible. Main tasks: Dissertation in the field of palaeoclimate; research on speleothem samples, logistical planning of cave visits and sampling in Iran, laboratory analysis, data analysis and interpretation; independent teaching; scientific publications; training and further education; administrative tasks. Required qualifications: University degree (Master or Diploma) in geosciences or related subjects; Relevant experience in practical cave research; Proficiency in written and spoken Persian language; Good command of English; Enthusiasm to work independently and to work in international and multidisciplinary teams.
