Job profile:

In this position you are expected to write a dissertation in a stimulating environment using the university's infrastructure. You will hold your own lectures, tutor students and participate in administration. 50% of the working time is reserved for the thesis.University assistant dissertation position (20 hours/week - upon submission of the dissertation agreement, the extent of employment will be increased to 30 hours/week), Institute for Italian Law from September 15st, 2022. Main tasks: PhD thesis in the field of Italian constitutional law; independent teaching activity; Participation in the areas of research and teaching in Italian constitutional law and the autonomy law of South Tyrol; Participation in raising for research projects; Support in administration questions; Participation in scientific conferences and training events; Support for the maintenance of the library for public law. Required qualifications: Completed law studies (diploma, master) in Italian law; very good knowledge of Italian constitutional law and the autonomy law of South Tyrol; good degree; excellent command of the languages ​​German/Italian; good English knowledge; systematic thinking and precise way of working; ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility; Please enclose written reflections on your dissertation project with your application (max. 5 pages).
