Additional comments

The position will be paid according to category B1 of the collective agreement for employees of Austrian universities, stipulating a gross salary of € 3,945.90 (14 x per year). Skills/Qualifications

• Completed PhD in Electrical engineering, Information and Computer Engineering
• Well-founded knowledge in the field of electronics/microelectronics as well as electromagnetic compatibility of electronic systems (proof in the application documents by means of a list of courses as well as copies of Matura/Abitur, Bachelor's, Master's/Diploma certificates and doctorate certificates).
• Experience in the field of electronic circuit technology and/or IC design, solid knowledge in the field of electromagnetic theory and its application as well as in the application of electromagnetic simulation software are also expressly desired.
• Furthermore, knowledge of the protection of devices against transient disturbances (e.g. ESD) is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in scientific publications in the field of electronics, microelectronics, electromagnetic compatibility, etc. is also highly desirable.
• Teaching experience in electrical engineering, knowledge in the design of electronic systems or ICs, as well as experience in instructing students.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, good command of written and spoken German
• High motivation and commitment
