Research Compatibility:
A well-structured research proposal of 800-1000 words that focuses on the integration of Mobile Digital Technology in the care of older adults, addressing areas such as dementia, pain management, frailty, or end-of-life care.


Demonstrated capability and readiness for research, with a special emphasis on nursing, health sciences, or technology-related fields.

Commitment to Research Objectives:
Alignment with the strategic goals of the Centre for Research in Aged Care, particularly in enhancing the care of older people through innovative and technological approaches.

Digital Literacy and Technical Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in digital literacy, with a willingness to engage in technology-driven research methodologies.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Openness to collaborate across disciplines such as computer sciences, psychology, and other relevant fields.

Language Proficiency:
For international applicants, an IELTS score of 7, with no band less than 7 is required or equivalent language test as per the requirements of the School of Nursing & Midwifery .

Residency and Engagement:
On-campus engagement at Edith Cowan University in Joondalup, Perth WA is required.
