Outline
The Scholarship has been established to encourage recent high school leavers who are medal recipients of the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) Competition to commence in an undergraduate degree program in the School of Computer Science and Engineering.
Each scholarship is tenable for the normal minimum duration of an eligible program and will have a value corresponding to the IOI Competition Medal categories, as follows:
- Gold - $7,000 pa
- Silver - $6,000 pa
- Bronze - $5,000 pa
Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a recipient of an IOI Competition Medal
- Be commencing full-time study in an undergraduate degree program (single or dual) in the UNSW School of Computer Science and Engineering
Selection
Candidates are not required to submit a separate scholarship application. Eligible candidates will be identified by the School of Computer Science and Engineering.
