Team Leader: Student Support (HEO 7)

• Based in UniSA Online at the City West campus
• Full-time, fixed term contract until 31 December 2023
• Salary range: $88,634 - $99,510 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role

UniSA Online has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to provide leadership, management, and guidance to a team of Student Advisers , within a high touch, customer focussed environment to drive team performance against key targets.

As the Team Leader: Student Support, you will play a key role in providing a support service to enrolled students that facilitates high levels of student retention, success, and satisfaction.

You will contribute to the process of defining customer service standards, developing and implementing a training program for new team members, and identifying opportunities for improving processes and systems.

This position is a flexible ordinary hours appointment, which requires ordinary hours to be worked on a rostered shift arrangement that includes performing work both within and outside the span of ordinary hours as specified in the University of South Australia Enterprise Agreement 2019 and its successor enterprise agreements. A flexibility loading will be paid at the appropriate rate for all ordinary hours worked outside of the span of ordinary hours as specified in the Enterprise Agreement.
