  • Full-time, 7-month fixed term contract
  • Commencing Salary $82,077 plus 17% superannuation

About the Role

As Team Leader: Future Student Enquiries, you will be pivotal in supporting a team of high performing agents who provide specialist admissions and degree information to prospective students. You will provide leadership and guidance in the areas of training and coaching in order to improve call and sales quality, drawing on your own extensive customer service and contact centre experience to ensure that students are receiving the best quality service.

You will work with a specific focus on achieving short and long-term student application targets for UniSA programs, with a genuine interest in matching students to their correct path of study to achieve their educational aspirations. You will develop a wide-ranging knowledge of admissions requirements precise to certain academic areas and work collaboratively with your marketing colleagues to produce admissions-related materials.

You will work with the Coordinator: Future Student Enquiries to review and refine existing processes and procedures to underpin effective and efficient team operations and continue to nurture a team culture built on a commitment to excellence and customer care.

Skills and Experience

You will have a comprehensive background in leading teams to provide high quality customer service and achieve specific sales targets and metrics, along with experience in guiding, coaching and developing the specific needs of your team. An advanced knowledge of web-based CRM systems is also a key requirement, along with experience producing reports to monitor sales performance

Your highly developed organisational skills and ability to prioritise in an evolving work environment, along with the ability to problem solve and focus on efficiencies will be highly valued. In addition, your intuitive approach to building relationships and servicing a range of client needs will ensure your success in this role.
