Eligibility guidelines

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Australian citizen, or an Australian permanent resident;
  • be enrolled in either;
    • Master by Research Nursing or Midwifery (I19 or I67)
    • PHD in the School of Nursing and Midwifery (L61 or J42) Must have confirmation of candidature;
  • have and maintain an academic progression status of GREEN;
  • not be in receipt of any other donor or industry funded scholarship over $5000.

Application is made via the ECU Online Scholarship Application Portal . Access to the portal is available between application opening and closing dates.

Applicants will be required to provide a personal statement of no more than 500 words addressing the below;

  • Demonstrate drive and commitment to achieve academically, despite financial hardship or other personal difficulty.
