The Student Experience Office (SEO) is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and skilled person to join the Enrolments team.

This position will work with a like-minded team of professional administrative staff who are responsible for administering the processes relating to the enrolment and re-enrolment of students including course variations, internal course transfers, requests for withdrawal without academic penalty, special requirement processing, advanced standing, providing face to face support sessions at promotional events such as Orientation.

The key attributes we are seeking are:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering outcome focused customer service in a high volume environment;
- Demonstrated excellent administrative and time management skills;
- High level skills with computerised information systems;
- Analytical, research and problem solving skills.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the Penrith Campus.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 - $94,864 to $101,719 p.a. (comprising Salary of $80,161 to $85,954 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
