As part of our new People, Talent and Culture structure, the Advisory Services portfolio will play a lead role, bringing together Workplace Transformation, Employee Relations, and Safety and Wellbeing.

Our new Workplace Transformation team will develop and enable the University’s transformation, innovation, and change initiatives by providing enabling strategies, frameworks, policies, and solutions that ensure the University achieves its ambition and meets its obligations.

The team will comprise three positions:

  • Manager: Workplace Transformation (HEO9)
  • Consultant: Workplace Transformation (HEO7)
  • Consultant: Policy Development and Coordination (HEO6)


Collaborating closely with Workplace Transformation, our central Employee Relations team will continue to provide high quality and strategic employee relations advice, coaching, consultancy, case, and project management, to enable productive relationships with our staff and constructive liaison with industrial and employment bodies and union representatives directly contributing to the achievement of the University’s strategic aspirations. We are looking for creative, solutions-focused, systems thinkers for the following positions:

  • Manager: Employee Relations (HEO9)
  • Senior Consultant: Employee Relations (HEO8)
  • Consultant: Employee Relations (HEO6)
