Summary

The McCall MacBain Scholarships were established in 2019 by John and Marcy McCall MacBain and are offered to students who are enrolling in masters or professional degree studies at McGill University, have demonstrated leadership potential, and aspire to lead with purpose to make a positive impact on the lives of others.


Benefits

The McCall MacBain Scholarship provides:

  • Tuition and fee sponsorship for the course duration
  • A living stipend of CAD$2300 per month during academic terms
  • A one-time relocation grant
  • French language courses offered through McGill University
  • Interdisciplinary leadership program

Finalist Awards and Regional Awards are also available to highly placed applicants

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility

To be considered for this scholarship, students must meet the criteria listed on the McCall MacBain Scholarship website .


Selection criteria

Students who are endorsed by the University of Melbourne will have their application reviewed by McCall MacBain Scholarship assessors. Shortlisted applicants be asked to attend a regional interview (online) between October and December. Finalists will advance to final interviews in Montréal in March of the following year.
