Position overview

The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation. Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students and the curriculum management. The Division also provides advice for appeals, grievance, academic misconduct and discipline processes.

Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Admissions and Scholarships, the Manager, Coursework Scholarships is responsible for the management and oversight of coursework scholarships, grants and bursaries from a whole-of-University perspective. They will lead the operational delivery of the complete life cycle for coursework student financial awards, including the strategic management of promoting and awarding across ANU.
