(Level A) $86,409 to $89,610 per annum (pro rata) plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply.

Are you a highly-qualified, dynamic researcher with excellent project and people management skills, and international experience looking for a part-time role? This support role is highly autonomous, involving hands-on participation from grant applications through to final publication for wide ranging projects. Help supervise research teams that cross organisational boundaries, manage national and international stakeholder dynamics to achieve shared outcomes.

Be ready to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment!

To be successful you will need:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in epidemiology.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research.
  • Demonstrated experience working with intergovernmental organisations (ie FAO, OIE or WHO).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and projects - locally and internationally.
