This scholarship provides:

  • $7,000 per year for up to three years 
  • a paid Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity at Delcon Group
  • participation in a mentoring program at Delcon Group.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident or a permanent humanitarian visa holder
  • identify as a woman
  • be enrolling full-time (or part-time with extenuating circumstances) in semester 1 2024 in either:
    • your second year of study in the Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology (Civil Engineering Design) (C6162) with a Civil and Infrastructure (BH077) pathway
    • your second year of study in the Associate Degree in Engineering Technology (AD026)  with a Civil and Infrastructure (BH077) pathway
    • your second year of study in the Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Infrastructure) (Honours) (BH077) , or
    • your second or third year of the Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Infrastructure) (Honours) / Bachelor of Business (Management) (BH088)
  • be able to demonstrate leadership capability and communication skills
  • demonstrate an affinity for the civil construction industry
  • not be affiliated with any other civil construction company 
  • be willing to participate in a paid Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity at Delcon Group
  • be willing to participate in a mentoring program at Delcon Group
  • be available for an interview if shortlisted*.

  • A cover letter (no more than 1 page) describing why you would like to work for Delcon Group

  • What do you think you could contribute to Delcon Group and why do you want to work there?
