Chancellor's Excellence Scholarship

In 2024, UniSQ will offer a number of Chancellor's Excellence Scholarships.

The scholarship is to reward and support the most outstanding academic achievers (ATAR 97+), who have completed Year 12 in 2023 and are commencing their studies at UniSQ in a bachelor's degree program prior to 30 September 2024.

All bachelor programs are eligible.

Recipients will also have the opportunity to participate in a leadership and development program as well as the UniSQ Student Ambassador Program.


Value

Each scholarship will have a maximum value of:

  • $24 000 (32-unit degree), or
  • $18 000 (24-unit degree).

Plus an optional Study Abroad package with a maximum value of $5000.

The scholarship will be paid as a stipend per study unit, per study period.


Eligibility and conditions

To be considered, prospective students must:

  • be a domestic student  currently residing in Australia
  • have completed Year 12 in 2023
  • have results at or above ATAR 97 (unadjusted)
  • have placed UniSQ as their 1st preference on their QTAC application
  • be a commencing student
  • be intending to enrol full-time at UniSQ in a bachelor's degree program prior to 30 September 2024.

Selection criteria

To be considered, prospective students must:

  • submit their QTAC applications and preferences by the required dates, and
  • place their chosen UniSQ program as their first preference via QTAC; then
    • all students with the required unadjusted ATAR will automatically be offered the scholarship.
