This is an opportunity for a high-achieving postdoctoral researcher to join a world-leading research group within the area of business and marketing. This position will play an integral role in an ARC Grant Funded project titled ‘Collective Engagement toward Social Purpose’, which aims to develop knowledge of how to drive engagement from an individual to a collective level, and understand the benefits that can be gained from pursuing a social purpose. In this role you will support all aspects of this complex research project including data collection and management, data analysis, and writing of scholarly papers; thus, supporting the team to achieve timely completion of overlapping research projects. The project scope and experienced international team will offer invaluable experience in managing research projects and building an academic career.

To be successful you will need:

  • Completion of a PhD in marketing or a similar discipline.
  • Expertise in qualitative and/or and quantitative research.
  • An ability to manage research projects and ensure project delivery to timelines.
  • A track record of quality research outputs (i.e. publications and conference papers).
  • An ability to work collaboratively with industry stakeholders for research purposes.
