Summary of Duties:

Under general direction, perform work using knowledge and experience specific to the WSU coordination of on campus apartments programs. Exercise independent judgment in interpreting and applying rules and regulations. Independently advise students, staff, parents and/or the public regarding WSU apartment policies, procedures and activities; select/recommend alternative courses of action.


Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.

  • Two years full-time experience performing duties such as reservations, apartment assignments, renewals, rental agreements, and/or billings for residence halls, apartment communities or comparable experience.

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
