Required Qualifications:

  • High School graduation or equivalent and one year of clerical experience; OR equivalent education/experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong computer skills and competency with Microsoft Office, Google and other software, include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access, Google Docs and Doodle Poll.

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience composing general correspondence.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clerical experience working in a university or other academic setting.

  • Experience working with faculty, staff, administrators and practitioners.

  • Experience with scheduling and planning meetings.
