Summary of Duties:

The IT Support Technician provides desktop support and system configuration, including troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving issues. Additionally, this position provides network support, server maintenance and  administration. This position maintains large format printers and laser printers and responds to requests for assistance and provides training for faculty, staff and students.


Required Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of experience in information technology related activities such as testing, installing, maintaining, supporting, and/or averting hardware/software system failures on client applications, hardware and software products, mainframe systems, network infrastructure equipment, or telecommunications software or hardware OR equivalent education/experience.

  • Experience with Windows AD user account administration. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Large format printing experience (HP DesignJet)

  • Adobe Creative Cloud

Monthly Salary: $3,616.00
FTE: 100%
