Summary of Duties:

The Lecturer will teach MBIOS 465 Principles of Biophysical Chemistry. The class teaches Biochemical reactions and processes, molecular recognition, coupled reactions, enzyme catalysis, analysis of macromolecular structure by electrophoresis, sedimentation, viscosity, and spectroscopy. The course has historically high enrollment.

Department:

Washington State University's School of Molecular Biosciences (SMB) became an academic unit within the College of Veterinary Medicine on July 1, 2010. Formerly part of the WSU College of Sciences, SMB receives the highest level of funding from the National Institutes of Health within the WSU system. SMB faculty explore the cellular, molecular, and biochemical basis of essential life processes.
