Job Summary

There are two workstudy positions available. One position will:
Support Undergraduate Research & Scholarly Activities (URSA) outreach and events by:

  • promoting URSA visibility by visiting with students and faculty across various disciplines 
  • promoting URSA visibility by visiting student organizations
  • work with coordinators of URSA in the exploration of intersections of internal and external interests (e.g. board members, community needs, etc.)
  • work with coordinators of URSA in the planning and/or execution of events 
The second position will:
Support and Collaborate with Humanities faculty on the following projects:
  • Development of an Open Educational Resources (OER) textbook
  • Development and distribution of surveys for students using OER textbook
  • Identification and evaluation of sources useful for supplementing course content
  • Support and potentially collaborate with faculty on research/projects
Please note that you must be a TCC student with federal workstudy funds to be eligible for this position. 


Minimum Qualifications

Ability to work 15-20 hours per week on campus.

Ability to have regular meetings with URSA coordinators.

Work-study eligible.
