Position Summary
This position coordinates wellness programs and events for employees to improve their physical and emotional wellness.


Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate wellness programs and events.
  • Maintain daily operations and trouble-shoot employee concerns related to vendor tools or services.
  • Maintain the Wellness Connection website by updating program information and event dates as directed by manager.
  • Support other related programs and events as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health or wellness-related field.
  • Previous experience supporting a wellness program.
  • Previous experience working in higher education.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail.
  • Ability to function independently in a professional and confidential manner.


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent high school certification and three years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a health or wellness-related field.

Salary Range
$20.15 - $31.26 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
