Job Summary
  • Eastern Washington University is seeking a self motivated and detail orientated Warehouse Operator 4. Primary role is to supervise warehouse processes, systems and assets. This employee will be responsible for maintaining and utilizing our computerized inventory and job costing systems to process requisitions and purchase orders in order to procure supplies, equipment and services for our growing Facilities and Planning department.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Physical ability to do the job
  • At least one year of demonstrated experience using a computerized inventory control system
  • Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility and/or diversity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in higher education
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment including receiving and delivery of products, checking for damaged freight and properly accounting for all merchandise
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software suite
