The VR Lab Manager/Developer will primarily work with ASC faculty, staff, and students to develop Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed reality applications from scratch based off curricular and research needs. This position will manage the Emerging Technology Studio, the preeminent space in the college for cutting-edge technology. Day to day management of the space will include: checking out inventory, managing student employees, coordinating with faculty, staff, and students on organizing class demonstrations or exhibitions, and maintaining the ETS microsite on the ASCTech website. This position will also work with ASCTech's app/dev team to assist with iOS development projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four years of relevant experience. Experience with various VR/AR/XR technologies including: Apple Vision, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, Microsoft Hololens, Oculus, and ARkit; experience developing applications using Unity and iOS.

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with other coding languages not mentioned above; experience with AirTable.

The pay range for this job profile is $73,100.00 - $97,500.00. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
