Position Summary	Information Technologies (IT) is seeking a student employee for our Networks area. Duties and responsibilities include: Assigning of Work Orders and Trouble Tickets to technicians for NEC, Tek Systems, Tel N More, etc. through Pinnacle and HELP. Routing of Work Orders, Customer Support, Closing Auth Codes, Trouble Tickets and projects, Programming Long Distance Codes. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Transporting inventory from IT Finance -front office to storage area. Taking inventory count in the storage room. Simple organization of inventory in the storage room. Occasionally taking equipment to Customer Support area. Creating telephone desi sheets. Assistance in putting together phones, lines, desi sheets, etc. for projects. Adding on tasks to Cherwell/HELP orders. Recording weekly totals for orders assigned, routed, and currently distributed throughout the field. Setting up appointments on the calendar through outlook. UNM driving course required for operating UNM owned vehicle. Other UNM training as required. Help with reporting for statistical analysis. Attend CAB meeting and present RFC’s that are needed for outages or FYI notifications. Writing work orders and trouble tickets for customers through help and pinnacle. Other Duties as assigned.
