Position Description
Advertised Job Summary | Responsible for assisting the college’s communications efforts through creative design, website management, video production and production of print, multimedia and other marketing and communications channels. Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Visual Communications Coordinator serves as a key member of the communications team and will implement initiatives in support of the college’s overall communications goals. |

Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. |
Preferred Qualifications |

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities | Detail oriented with outstanding written and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with print and electronic communications; knowledge of video editing and production. Familiarity with USC’s Content Management System is a plus. |

Job Duty | Ensures timely processing of photo, video and graphic assets. Archives these materials for use in future projects. Sorts assets created by previous communications team to incorporate into current projects. |
