This position requires three years of previous research experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, preferably in neuroscience, physiology or an equivalent discipline, Master’s degree preferred.

Recent graduates seeking to add to their research experience with an eye towards a career in laboratory research are especially encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will commit to at least 2 years in this position.

Qualifications:

Past experience in mouse husbandry and colony genotype and maintenance is an advantage. Enthusiasm for learning and gaining research and lab management experience, and the ability to coordinate and supervise others effectively are the most critical requirements of the position. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and organized, and strong communication skills are a must.
