Job Overview

The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position in the Biology Department beginning August 15, 2024


Essential Functions
  • Teach a full-time course load (including lecture and/or laboratory classes) in the Fall and Spring Semesters. Responsibilities will include teaching courses such as Anatomy and Physiology, Introductory Biology for majors, and Biology for non-majors/general education. Classes will be taught in-person and online.
  • Will be expected to participate in department meetings
  • Hold office hours for 4-6 hours per week

Minimum Requirements

Prior to the effective date of the appointment, applicants must have all of the following:

  • Master’s Degree in Biology or a related field 
  • At least one academic year of college level teaching experience in Biology or a related field.
