KSA's/Required Qualifications | Doctoral degree: holds an earned doctorate in a relevant field of higher education from a regionally accredited university. Five or more years of progressive responsible roles in higher education student services, community college experience preferred. Three or more years of supervision experience, including hiring, training, performance, evaluation, and conflict resolution. Budget management, including planning, development, and monitoring. Experience that demonstrates equity-minded and culturally competent leadership and advocacy skills. Demonstrated experience and understanding of the student success narrative through national research, thought leadership and reputable student success organizations and strategies including the Guided Pathways model, and the Achieving the Dream network. Possess significant experience working directly with students, leading teams, and building impactful external partnerships. Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the Reynold’s Community College mission and a relentless drive to empower every student to achieve their full potential. |
