Coastal Veterinary is seeking an organized, compassionate, and service-oriented experienced veterinary technician to join our awesome team. The ideal candidate is comfortable rooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, properly handling and restraining animals, has experience with x-ray and proper placement, understands the importance of client education, and is ready to be a positive and supportive team player.

The veterinary industry is continually growing and we encourage and support our team members to do the same. Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as a veterinary technician
• Will consider Brookdale veterinary assistant graduate with 1 year of work experience
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
• Compassionate towards our patients, clients, and team
• Comfortable with client education
• Positive team player willing to continue to learn

Salary Range: $16 to $21/hour depending on experience & skill level
