Position Summary | Veterinary Receptionist at the Veterinarian Teaching Hospital provides excellent customer service to our clients and are the first and last contact with our customers. This is a administrative position with little to no animal handling. Our department is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering the phones, checking in/out clients, and other admin task as assigned. Priority will be given to applicants who are able to demonstrate a knowledge of both large and small animal veterinary terminology. This position will be given a set schedule which will depend on the hospital needs for coverage. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to cover daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays. During our emergency hours Monday-Friday shifts are between 4pm-12 am and Saturday /Sunday with shifts between 6:30am-12am and Veterinary Teaching Hospital Holidays with shifts between 6:30am-12 am. |
