Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit | In the Bryan School of Business & Economics, we create and disseminate knowledge about the theory and practice of business. Position Summary | Undergraduate Professional Development Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to administer Bryan Blueprint, an undergraduate professional development program for all Bryan School students. This will entail organizing and managing for-credit curricular offerings and professional development activities for students throughout their undergraduate studies within the Bryan School. This also includes overseeing the creation, logistics, and assessment of activities, as well as creating additional programs as deemed necessary to support student professional development. This role is also responsible for organizing, managing, and teaching professional development programs each semester while overseeing the use of the “Suitable” system to track student professional development activities. The position requires the supervision of subordinate(s) in the administration of the program. |
