JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The DevSecOps and analysis Department of the Applied Research Laboratory at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking an undergraduate student to conduct engineering analysis for various RF propagation studies.

Typical duties include

  • Develop analysis algorithms and implementing them in Matlab
  • Reviewing published RF propagation literature and standards and implementing and testing algorithms contained therein

Students studying Mathematics, Engineering, or computer science are encouraged to apply. Experience using Matlab preferred.

The successful candidate will work up to 20 hours/week during the fall and spring semesters and 40 hours/week over the summer.

Candidate selected may or will be subject to a government security investigation. You must be a U.S. citizen to apply. Employment with the Applied Research Laboratory will require successful completion of a pre- employment drug screen.
